All our wedding rings and other jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully tracked and insured with guaranteed next day delivery.
For website orders despatched will be x weeks from order date........
Please contact us before returning any item so that we can discuss any issues and agree the appropriate course of action. As all rings are custom made to order returns are permitted only in the event of manufacturing fault or damage during delivery.
Your ring may only be returned for re-sizing if order fulfillment does not match the ring size ordered. If you are unsure of the correct ring sizer then please request ring sizers at the point of sale. We can resize rings if required subject to a separate change in which case we will agree return arrangement and re-sizing timescale with you.
If your ring is missing any diamonds upon receipt we will cover the cost of return and replacement. If a diamond becomes loose or separated over time with no accidental damage then repair is covered by our lifetime manufacture guarantee. Where accidental damage is involved, such as a knock, then we offer a cost price repair service.
Any items which have been especially commissioned, including engraved jewellery and shaped wedding weddings are non returnable and non refundable except in the case of manufacturing fault.
